Well it has been almost two weeks since we have received our new windows from The Window Doctor and boy let me tell you they are amazing! Immediately that evening we could tell the difference of not having any air coming through our windows anymore but I wanted to give it a little time before I wrote my review. Right from the beginning the gal that came and measured and told us about the company to the insulation has been wonderful experience for us. The windows are such nice windows there is no noise from the outside ( if the dog didn’t bark we would never know anyone drove by) they look very nice from inside and out and really spiffed up our house on the outside and the quality is fantastic. We had 13 windows installed by 2 installers. The first (cold and snowy) day, all windows were put in over about 5 hours - no lunch breaks! Only one window had minor inside wood trim nicks, which they promptly repaired. That is wonderful considering how they had to work to get the old windows out. They came back the second day when there was no snow and worked for over 5 hours "wrapping" the outside of the windows with a brown trim that matched the rest of our trim. Hunter knew how to do this from the inside of the house on the upstairs windows, so no ladder scratches or dents on the house. It was beautiful! I love these windows! They slide easily and tilt in for cleaning. Also a stop on them for security with a window open a little for fresh air.
