We just got 2 windows installed. They're a big improvement over the old windows. The workers were polite and professional. The job was done in about 5 hours. I like that the Window Doctor will come out even if you only need one window. Some companies will only help if you order multiple windows.

We purchased 6 porch windows and 2 house windows and they were installed in one day! I would highly recommend Window Doctor to anyone looking to install or replace their current windows! LOVE the Window Doc. Replacing windows can always be frustrating. However, the experience we had with the Window Doctor company was amazing. Their sales rep came to the house, explained the whole processes, and gave a demo! On instalation day, Brad and his team showed up on time and got right to work. Easy process from start to finish. These people know what they are doing and they do excellent work. I would highly recommend. Sales person took her time and worked with us until we figured out what we wanted. The install of the 5 windows we had done took most of the day, and the installers were highly professional. We finished the process with a quality audit phone call from the company making sure that we were happy.I had one hiccup during the process- one window was not correct. Our bathroom window was supposed to be frosted and upon install, we found out it wasn't. I brought it to the attention of the installer and they said it should be no problem to get the correct one ordered. The window inserts can be replaced by the correct ones when they arrive.I attached some before and after photos to show what the old windows looked like compared to the new ones. Three of the old ones were side by side double hung, and were replaced by sliders. I really like the way the sliders work compared to the old windows.I didn't take a before photo of the tall narrow picture window we had replaced, but it was rotten on the bottom. The new one looks spectacular.Overall, a great experience I will be happy to continue with the rest of the house when we are able to. Thank you Window Doctor!

Jeremiah and Dave were very professional and courteous, friendly but focused. Jeremiah described what they would be doing and both worked hard to get the job done fast but safely and correct. They finished the job in one day even though we were told to expect two days. Jeremiah showed us the features of the windows and answered our questions. They cleaned up any mess that was created and took away the old windows. We are very impressed with the work they've done and look forward to using our new windows!!!

We purchased windows from the Window Doctor and they were installed today. This entire process has been amazing. The salesman was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The installers, Jason and his crew, were amazing. They gave step by step information and were finished in a day. Walked me throughout afterwards and showed me everything. Cleaned as they went and made sure everything was as it was when they left. The regional manager was very professional over the phone and answered any questions with ease. Would 100% recommend this company for windows. Will update after we've had the windows for a while for the quality. But they look amazing! Adding a photo of 5 of the 16 that were installed. Will replace the other 17 that need replaced with the same company.

We were able to replace a large picture window that afforded no ventilation to a front room with a very beautiful picture window with slid ins on each side for us to be able to have ventilation in that room.
