After a few different estimates, we chose The Window Doctor for our new windows. I’m so glad we did because they made it much easier than Anderson and were much more affordable. They were so affordable and easy to work with that we were able to upgrade my giant 3-pane living room window into a custom bay window! We got 2 custom size sliding doors, a giant 100+’ bay window, a double hung window, and 2 oversized picture windows with double lifetime warranty for the price of 2 Anderson doors. I love natural light and am so excited I didn’t have to settle on my windows. Instead I got them upgraded! Thank you!!!

I was impressed with The Window Doctor from my very first contact with their representative, Rachel. My opinion grew as I met the sales team, including Mike who went above and beyond at my house - he even went up in my attic assessing for moisture- all the way to the respectful manner the installers (Brad) treated my property and made sure I understood all that they were doing. Great Company to work with... from the start with Rachael at Monroe County fairgrounds to Dale who gave us an in home demonstration of the products to Tammy in the Office and Brad and the crew.... Nothing was ever pushed or rushed from sales to installation... a high quality product and service... could have went "cheaper" but we went down that road before in a previous home of ours.... a little more expensive but, worth it... life time gaurentee... have and would recommend the Window Doctor ... any future needs for additional windows they'll be the ones we call. Had new metal roof installed and replaced exterior French doors. Installation of both was done promptly and professionally…. Great communication throughout…. Quality product. A couple of items were needed during install process & they were provided immediately! Both roof & door installers were very conscious in clean up after done…. roof install was done during a major snow storm… not an issue.

Crew of 4; very polite and respectful. Very knowledgeable about their job and informed me of the progress as they moved throughout my house to all the windows and doors. They cleaned the different areas as they worked and disposed of the trash in their truck. Nothing was left on-site. I have 2 friendly dogs and the crew was great with them, careful of open egress doors and petting them as they worked. When the job was finished each of the crew thanked me and offered assistance if I had any issues in the future. All 9 windows and both doors look great! I'm very happy.

I would like to personally and professionally state -
That promises made promises kept. My wife and I are very happy with the roof we understand that things happen but the reaction time and the unbelievable customer service from Lance and my salesman Dale Goodson along with The ambassador team that came to my home to do a final inspection of our roof. I would recommend this company being in sales for almost 40 years this group of people know what they are doing and they stand by their mission statement. The Window Doctor put a new roof on our house. Unbeknown to us, the roof was not only getting old but the original roof from when the house was built was still underneath. They were competitively priced with other contractors that we had received quotes from, they were able to start the project sooner than expected, were very efficient at finishing the job and it looks amazing. We have gotten tons of compliments on how it looks.

This review is for The Roof Doctor side of their business. They came to the house to quote our roof in June/July. Gave us a somewhat reasonable quote for the pitch of our roof, so we agreed to have them reroof our home. The crew finally came out at the end August and completed the roof in 2 days. When the wrap-up crew came out, my husband pointed out a couple of areas of drip edge and fascia that was not put back, so they stated they would send someone out to fix it. Three weeks later, our roof is finally buttoned up and beautiful. The wait was a bit painful, but they were true to their word and completed the task prior to October.

The windows in our home have been breaking and wearing out over the past few years. We were introduced to the Window Doctor at the St. Joe County Fair a couple of years ago.
