Had 6 windows and a sliding door put and the whole process was amazing. Our installer, Josh, did the whole job solo and was very respectful. He answered any and all questions we had in great detail so we understood everything completely. Always explained the process as he went and all around just went above and beyond. We did have some issues with our sales rep with the first initial consultation. We felt like some things weren't exactly explained correctly or in full detail on what we should expect with our windows. But the bad experience with the sales does not put a bad reflection with us on the company as a whole. Over all, definitely loved the professionalism from our installer and the company as a whole

From our initial quote and design with Ron, our install schedule with Tammy, and our amazing installers Josh and Levi, every person we encountered at The Window Doctor was courteous and professional. Our door is beautiful thanks to Ron’s design and the door quality is seriously 10x better than the original that was here when we bought the house. I was so impressed with the attention to detail Levi and Josh showed the install on a super hot and humid day. True professionals!

Wow, fantastic product and installation, and just 33 days from quote through manufacturing and installation. (Other companies couldn't even come give me a quote for several weeks! 😳) Not even sure where to begin, but what impressed me initially was that the windows are sold, manufactured, and installed through window doctor (no subcontractors) – – so if there's ever a problem, I won't have manufacturer and installer pointing fingers at the other – – it will be taken care of by the window doctor. Given their work ethic and the quality materials, I don't anticipate any problems, but I got the double lifetime warranty, which is not just about my personal reassurance, but it's also a great selling feature if I ever decide to move -- the next owner will also have a lifetime warranty. Dale was incredibly thorough when he met me and gave me the quote – – took all the time needed to go over every detail and option. Lance came and did the measuring, and while that's a quick task, like the others, very considerate, courteous, knowledgeable, and gave me complete confidence. And finally, the installation with Josh – – he's awesome. Friendly, explaining procedures before he got started, and also as he went along. Like the others, Josh was punctual, friendly, and incredibly respectful of my home, cleaning up as he went along, rather than just at the end, to minimize dust and mess. Oh, and can't forget Terri and Tammy in the office -- so professional and helpful. I couldn't ask for better! Thanks to everyone at the window doctor for making my home warmer in winter, cooler in summer, quieter, and draft free.

I just had 20 windows installed by The Window Doctor over the last 2 days. As soon as the installers arrived they set up their equipment and got right to work. They were polite and very courteous to me to and my husband. They answered any questions we had and showed us how the windows operated. I appreciated the knowledge they had about their product and the care they took in my house during the installation. The new windows look great and operate so easy. I can't wait to see the difference they make in our utility bills!

Called to get an estimate for front door replacement. Initial estimate wasn’t affordable for me, but after about 20 minutes of phone calls, we got the price down to something that was definitely affordable. The installation was completed today, and the door looks beautiful! I’ve already received compliments on it. The installer showed tremendous dedication—his partner was delayed, so he completed the installation alone. As it was nearing completion, we had one of those brief but torrential spring showers. He worked through it a finished the job. I was impressed with his knowledge, courtesy, and work ethic. He made sure to keep me apprised of his progress every step of the way. I’m VERY pleased with the job! I will call The Window Doctor first if I decide to replace any windows in the future. RECOMMENDED!
